Absolutely! Not only do we have experience, we like to say it’s our specialty. We’ve been building structure pools and spa on hillsides for years. Rest assured. You have an expert on your side.

Answer:
Unfortunately since every project is custom designed and built there it is very difficult to provide a reliable timeframe without a site visit first. Most standard pool and spa projects can be completed within 2-3 months from the day excavation begins.

Answer:
In our experience a standard size swimming pool is 15 feet wide by 30 feet long, and a standard spa, 7 feet by 7 feet.

This is a difficult question to answer since every project is different. Contact us for a free no obligation estimate. We would be more than happy to help you plan your backyard dreamscape.

Answer:
Although cities have their own zoning and setback requirements the simple answer to this question is YES. We can build a swimming pool and/or spa just about anywhere, even on friction piles or caissons up in the air. Even if access is tight, we can hand dig pools, crane in Bobcat tractors, or in extreme cases even use helicopters.

Although we do not offer any in-house financing we are happy to refer lenders who specialize in pool and spa loans. Please reference our financing page for more information.

Answer:
For the basic type of pool and/or spa construction mentioned previously, the project should be substantially completed within 10-12 weeks from the day we begin excavation.

Answer:
Every city is different, but many including The City of Los Angeles provide permits “over the counter” (the same day) for standard pool/spa construction. It may be helpful to contact your local Department of Building & Safety for more information.
